We are an alliance of Mothers & Fathers that are coming together to save our children from the actions of this corrupt Commissioner. ROCKY CRABB has been destroying families for several years. Court transcripts will prove he withholds evidence, denies expert testimony, leads witnesses, plays defense attorney, has denied police reports, medical reports, child monitor reports, audio, video, witnesses, photos, and letters of admission proving both perjury and domestic violence. Majority of our cases include proven child abuse & mental instability, which Crabb has clearly ignored. He has given unfit parents (child abusers, drug addicts, convicted felons, alcoholics, parental alienators, and severely mentally unstable) custody, while good parents are denied their rights to see their own children.
Out of clear & witnessed retaliation for our movement, Commissioner Rocky Crabb slapped a father, (who has no criminal record, no mental history, stable professional employment, completely paid up on child support, doesn't drink/smoke/do drugs, and has been there since his daughter was born) with a FIVE YEAR Restraining Order, without ANY evidence of domestic violence, threats, slander, or harassment of ANY kind, and no allegations of battery.
The mother has been in & out of a psychiatric clinic since she was 12 years old for being suicidal, has been clinically diagnosed with Borderline Personality Disorder AND Intermittent Explosive Disorder, has over 20 referrals of child abuse/neglect with DCFS, over 15 police reports at various police stations for battery, witnessed domestic violence, violation of a restraining order, and child abuse. She has attacked female co-workers with knives & threatened to kill multiple people, including herself. Evidence was submitted to Crabb showing the mother has cut her wrists in front of her children, including a declaration from her previous ex-husband confirming all the allegations made by her ex-boyfriend, including a photo of her wrist cut 80 times on one arm. Their 3 year old daughter has suffered black eyes, multiple bruises, severe lesions, fat lips, and horrific genital blisters.
Crabb ignored all evidence, inducing the father's multiple requests for a Temporary Restraining Order against the mother, since she attacked him & threatened his life. Commissioner Crabb then added to the malicious Restraining Order, a court-ordered admittance to a Batterer's Program, NO custody/NO visitation with the minor child (who is extremely close with her father), and a gag order to refrain him from posting any pics, case information, or likenesses of the mother & daughter. This father cannot even call his daughter & wish her happy birthday, or post a photo of him holding his little girl at birth for Father's Day.
